Use of Airport Land
Since May 28, 2024, the Brittany Region has entrusted the operation of Quimper Bretagne Airport to SOGEAQC (Quimper Cornouaille Airport Management Company).
SOGEAQC is responsible for the management and enhancement of the leased public airport land, as well as its development, paying particular attention to new project installations.
The company applies the standard rules for the allocation of public land occupation rights in accordance with the amendment to the French General Code of Public Property introduced by Ordinance No. 2017-562 of April 19, 2017, for rights issued from July 1, 2017 onwards.
SOGEAQC provides information on land availability and the expiry of Temporary Occupation Authorizations (AOTs) at Quimper Bretagne Airport, which it manages.
